Returns Policy 

Sadly we do not offer refunds.

All our items are quality checked before delivery but if by any chance your item(s) are faulty it may be exchanged for the same item or item(s) of the same value.

We do accept size changes if your item(s) do not fit for the same garment ordered, we may under our discretion offer an exchange for a different item of the same value. 

We cannot accept returns on the items listed below due to hygiene reasons:

- Knickers - Tights - Leotards - Bikini Bottoms

When returning items, all items MUST be in their original condition with all tags attached . We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage so that if your returns get lost in the post, you can be sure to contact the delivery service used. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the post without proof of postage. ALL returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, this can be checked via our signed for delivery service.

How should I wash my item(s)?

As most of these items would be classed as delicates, we would suggest you hand wash them. 

They can be machine washed on a low temperature at your own risk. Please take extra care when doing so! 

Any normal items (skirts, leggings etc) use  low degree wash.
